Sam Bhat, President & CEO

Sam Bhat, has over 23 years of experience in building & managing successful businesses in a global environment. Sam is the founder of United Software Associates Inc., USA, United Software Associates, Pvt. Ltd, India, United Security Applications. Inc., USA and IsoftApps Inc., USA. Prior to this, Sam worked for leading Technology & Engineering companies like Syntel and Larsen & Toubro. Sam also co-founded Nationwide, India in 1996, which was one of the first Venture Capital firms in India with primary cover from Chase Capital Partners & Soros Fund Management (through their joint venture fund Indocean Ventures). During his tenure as the General Manager of the fund, Sam evaluated over 50 business opportunities and invested on behalf of the fund in 5 companies, few amongst them went on to become some of the most successful companies in India. Sam has a MBA from Bombay University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.

Sam has been recently awarded U.S Patent No. 7,577,989 for his invention entitled "Enterprise Responder For Emergencies & Disasters".

Anand Ghanekar, CFO

Over 30 years of experience in financial management and accounting for global IT services organizations. Anand has been associated with United Software Associates, since its inception in 1998 and plays a major role in financial management of our operations worldwide. Prior to this Anand held executive positions in IT services companies like RP Accord/COMSYS. Anand has a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Pune University and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Taxation from University of Pittsburg, USA

Amol Deshpande, Senior Vice President Engineering & COO

Over 22 years of experience in building and managing IT services organizations in India. As COO of United Software Associates he is responsible for delivering our services to customers worldwide. Amol has been associated with United Software Associates, since its inception in 1998. Prior to this Amol was a co-founder, owner and technology head for a successful software solutions company called Soft-AID. Amol has a Masters Degree in Electronics from Pune University.

Madhav Karhade, Senior Vice President Technology & CTO

Madhav Karhade has over 23 years of experience in architecting high performance networks, data management systems, mobile computing solutions, virtualization environments and embedded systems. As a member of our executive team he is responsible for driving innovations and strategic initiatives in our products and solutions business. Prior to joining United Software in 2011, Madhav was a senior architect at leading technology companies like Juniper Networks and Airtight Networks. Madhav has a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from Silicon Valley University, CA, USA and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University, India.

Rohit Patwardhan, Vice President Technology & General Manager

Rohit Patwardhan has over 13 years of experience in developing technology solutions and products. He has been with the company since its inception and is one of the founding members of our leadership team. As our General Manager he ensures execution of processes defined in all areas of the organization, implements policies and governance set forth by the executive management and Board of the company.

Vil Thuse, Vice President Business Development

Vil has over 33 years of sales and business development experience in Information Technology, Engineering and Automotive industry. Prior to joining United Software Associates, Vil held executive position in global IT services companies like AB Star Group and Nish Corp. Vil is one of the long standing volunteers and has previously chaired the systems group in the well known Silicon Valley, CA, non-profit organization called TIE. Vil has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Pune, India
