Methodology:

Security and consistent quality of service are the main concerns while offering these services from a remote location. To handle these issues we have certified our facilities as per the latest BS7799 standard for Information Security and ISO 9001-2000 standard for Quality.

The resources deployed at our location are given a limited access and an event log is maintained about various actions taken by these resources. This helps in establishing an effective audit trail methods.

Under all circumstances our people work as per the instructions of a US based representative/employee of the customer. Since the master control is with the customer it becomes relative easy to take the control and reverse any of the changes.

Resources:

We have resources that are computer engineers with necessary experience and certifications for Network Administration / Database Administration. They have experience of handling networks and similar setups.

Due to our security policy we conduct background checks of all our engineers. All our engineers have to undergo a mandatory Drug Abuse test and also have to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement before they are assigned any project.
